Information we may collect
- Contact details you send us, such as your email address and the content of support messages.
- App usage data needed to run the product — for example device type, app version, crash logs, and feature usage.
- Account or purchase data processed by Apple when you buy or subscribe through the App Store (we do not receive your full payment card details).
- Location or address-related data in FindMyBins only where required to determine local bin collection information, and only with appropriate permission.
- Gameplay data in Misfit such as room codes, nicknames, and session activity needed to run multiplayer games.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve our apps and services.
- To send reminders and notifications you have requested (for example bin-day alerts).
- To respond to support requests and verify business or App Store enquiries.
- To keep our services secure and diagnose faults.
