FindMyBins
FindMyBins helps you know which household bins to put out each week and reminds you before collection day.
- Collection schedules that don’t look right: tell us your council or postcode area.
- Missing reminders: confirm notification permissions are enabled for FindMyBins.
- Account or subscription questions: email us with the Apple ID email used for purchase (do not send passwords).
Misfit
Misfit is an imposter-style multiplayer game where players work out who doesn’t quite belong.
- Can’t join a room: check your connection and that you’re on the latest version.
- Game stuck or crashing: note your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened.
- Report inappropriate play: include the room code or approximate time of the session.
